Program Overview

Advance your academic knowledge and skills to apply to competitive medical and health professions programs.

Building on decades of preparing students for careers in medicine, the Master of Science in Medical Sciences Traditional program offers students two years of full-time, in-person study, starting in the fall semester.

This graduate program is designed for students who have already completed pre-medical coursework and seek advanced study to enhance their academic record through two-years of master’s level coursework.

No two students are alike. In addition to the rigorous advanced study of laboratory sciences, our students in the Medical Sciences Traditional program receive opportunities for supplemental instruction and workshops to gain a host of skills to help improve their confidence in preparation for the rigors of medical or other health professions programs.
