Information Gathered Automatically and Its Use

Agnes Scott may provide an online alumnae directory and offer other online alumnae services from time to time. Directory information will include the names and contact information of all active alumnae. In addition, the directory may include other personal information that you provide to us online or offline (strictly on a voluntary basis), such as information regarding your career, education and family. Access to the alumnae directory is password protected and is limited to those Agnes Scott employees with a legitimate business need to access such information and Agnes Scott alumnae with a current user ID and password. If you are an active alumnae and do not want your information to be made available via the online directory, you may contact us by calling the Office of Alumnae Relations at 404 471-6323 or by emailing email@example.com, and we will remove your information from the online directory. Alumnae services may also include career and networking services that enable you to post job listings, resumes or to otherwise communicate with other alumnae. These services are entirely voluntary, and Agnes Scott is not responsible for use of your information by other alumnae.
You agree to be responsible for protecting the confidentiality of, and all acts or omissions that may occur under, your user ID and password. If you believe your password may have been compromised, you should immediately notify Agnes Scott as set forth below in "Contacting the Web Site."
Sharing Your Personal Information
Agnes Scott will not license, sell or provide your personal information to any third party except as described herein, or with your consent. We may use service providers to carry out certain activities on our behalf, such as some of our online alumnae services.
