Transcript Requests

The Registrar’s Office is pleased to offer an online service through which current students, former students, and alumnae may order copies of official transcripts 24/7! With E-Transcripts, students will have access to transcript ordering, electronic exchange with other participating colleges, automatic email confirmations, online order tracking and optional text message alerts. Access the Agnes Scott eTranscripts Online Ordering Service. The online service will walk you through placing your order, including all delivery options. You may place orders to multiple recipients in a single session. On the Transcript Ordering Welcome page, step-by-step help is available at the bottom of the page "Transcript Ordering Help."

If you attended Agnes Scott prior to 1985, the eTranscripts service is NOT available. Place a Pre-1985 ASC Transcript Request.

Delivery Options and Estimated Processing Times

  • Hold for Pickup, Mail: 3 business days (standard USPS delivery times)
  • FedEx International: 3 business days (delivery varies depending on destination)
  • FedEx Canada/Mexico: 3 business days (delivery varies depending on destination)
  • FedEx USA: 3 business days (delivery varies depending on destination)
  • Electronic PDF:  Immediately (assuming no holds and consent form was signed)

Processing may take longer during peak times (e.g. the beginning and end of each semester)

Electronic transcripts expire 30 days after the order is processed.

Consent to Release

Completing the "Consent to Release" form is required and must be returned to the NSC before orders are processed and credit cards charged. This can be signed electronically, or by downloading the form, signing it and returning it to the NSC.


If you have a hold on your account you will be able to complete the ordering process, but your transcript will not be sent until all holds are cleared. If the hold is not resolved within 30 days the transcript order will be canceled.

Fees and Payment

Transcripts are $5.25 each. Overnight mail and FedEx orders require an additional fee. You can pay for your transcript order with any major credit or debit card. Your credit or debit card is not charged until we send your transcript(s). However, if you use a debit card, your bank may put a hold on your funds when we pre-authorize your payment. If you have questions on the pre-authorization, please contact your bank.

Order Status
