Students at Agnes Scott College can search for courses and review their schedules on AscAgnes. They can also review the status of pending financial aid, check for student holds, enter timesheet information for on-campus employment, and analyze their academic profile. The degree audit provides a template of the courses required for each student to graduate. Students can also view their grades, grade point average by term and unofficial transcript under the academic profile.
The Office of the Registrar maintains the student record. Students can complete a variety of forms that can be sent out (with student signature) or used to update their record. Commonly requested forms include transcript request, enrollment verification, address change, and name change request. Students are expected to contact the Office of the Registrar with changes to their non-academic record in a timely manner.
