Employee Resource Groups
ERGs, or Employee Resource Groups, are groups that focus on specific demographic or affinity groups. These groups provide a space for employees to connect and support one another. They play a crucial role in promoting a sense of belonging within the workplace.

Employee Resource Groups
- Parents of Young Children (PYC) – A supportive community for working parents to share experiences, resources, and advice. This group helps parents balance work and family life, reduce stress, and advocate for policies that support families.
- Older Wiser Learners (OWL's) – A platform for employees to discuss challenges and share resources related to aging or caring for aged loved ones. These groups can provide support and education on issues such as eldercare, financial planning, and wellness while aging.
