Admitted & Enrolled Graduate Students
Have you been admitted to one of our post-bacc or graduate programs, including counseling and medical sciences? If so, please follow the steps below for an easy transition to your graduate studies.
Are you an incoming student to the Mary Lou Cornwall Hawkes '65 and James B. Hawkes Physician Assistant Program? If so, please refer to our Policies and Procedures page for details.
Let us know you are planning to join our community of forward thinkers by submitting the following:
- $350 enrollment deposit. Check your letter of admission to find the payment link. This non-refundable deposit will be applied fully to your first tuition bill.

- If required, official transcripts
As a new student, you will receive an email from the graduate admission office with your Agnes Scott student email login information within a week after you are enrolled.
Once you have received your username, email address, and initial password, log on at scottiemail.agnesscott.edu. Email us at gradsupport@agnesscott.edu if you have any difficulty accessing your account.
All Agnes Scott students are required to comply with the mandatory immunization guidelines outlined by our Wellness Center. Before the start of the semester, you will need to fulfill this requirement by uploading your immunization documents to your student patient portal by the deadlines below:
- Summer 2027 Admission - May 1, 2027
- Fall 2027 Admission - August 15, 202
Register using your Agnes Scott email address, and upload the required documents. Students who do not fulfill the immunization requirements are at risk from being dropped from their registration.

If you would like to be considered for federal educational loans, complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online using Agnes Scott’s school code, 001542.

All enrolled graduate and post-bacc students who plan to use federal education loans are required to submit their completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online using Agnes Scott’s school code, 001542.
If you haven’t already submitted your official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended, or an official, final transcript showing proof of an earned degree from your undergraduate institution (unless it is Agnes Scott College), send us official transcripts.
Official transcripts are sent directly to Agnes Scott College by the issuing institution. Copies of transcripts sent from the student are not considered official.

Course registration is processed by the Graduate Enrollment Manager for enrolled students at specific times of year, as noted below. Once you have been registered by Graduate Studies for your first semester, you will receive an email from the Office of Accounting to review your bill in AscAgnes, and to pay your bill through PayMyTuition below:

- Registration for Spring 2026 begins November 15, 2025
- Registration for Summer 2026 begins April 3, 2026
- Registration for Fall 2025 begins April 3, 2026
Agnes Scott College requires that all students enroll into the Student Health Insurance Plan (SHIP) or provide proof of equivalent coverage.
The annual charge for graduate student participation in SHIP for the 2026-2027 academic year is $3,584*, billed in two installments. All students have been billed for the first of two installments on their fall statement. Students who are granted a waiver will see this charge removed from their student tuition statement.

*Fees for 2027-2028 will be available in 2026.
