Admitted & Enrolled Graduate Students

Have you been admitted to one of our graduate or post-bacc programs? If so, please follow the steps below for an easy transition to your graduate studies.

 

Let us know you are planning to join our community of forward thinkers by submitting your $350 enrollment depositCheck your letter of admission to find the payment link!

This non-refundable deposit will be applied fully to your first tuition bill.

All enrolled graduate students are required to complete an Enrollment Survey to help us anticipate your registration plans and financial aid needs. To complete the survey, log in using your Agnes Scott application credentials to the link distributed to you after November 1.

As a new student, you will receive an email from the Graduate Support Team with your Agnes Scott student email login information within a week after you are enrolled.

Once you have received your username, email address, and initial password, log on at scottiemail.agnesscott.edu. Email us at gradsupport@agnesscott.edu if you have any difficulty accessing your account.

All enrolled graduate and post-bacc students who plan to use federal education loans are required to submit their completed Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online using Agnes Scott’s school code, 001542.

If you haven’t already submitted your official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended, or an official, final transcript showing proof of an earned degree from your undergraduate, degree-bearing institution (unless it is Agnes Scott College), send us official transcripts. Review your application status page for any outstanding transcripts required. Final materials should be sent to:

All Agnes Scott students are required to comply with the mandatory immunization guidelines outlined by our Wellness Center. Before the start of the semester, you will need to fulfill this requirement by uploading your immunization documents to your student patient portal.

Register using your Agnes Scott email address, and upload the required documents.

Students will be unable to be registered for classes until the immunization requirements are fulfilled.

The Office of Graduate Advising will register students when registration opens and after all holds are fulfilled each semester. You will receive a notification confirming registration, and will then be able to review your class schedule on ASCAgnes from the "AscAgnes for Students" button.

  • Click on "Search for Sections," and you will be taken to a worksheet
  • Select the term and course level as "Graduate - 500/600."
  • "Submit" to see the classes offered.

Once you have been registered for your first semester, you will receive an email from the Graduate Support Team to review your bill in AscAgnes, and to pay your bill through Nelnet below:

Pay Your Tuition

Graduate students have the option to sign-up for health insurance through Agnes Scott College. Details and registration will be available on the Wellness Center website.

If you would like to sign-up for health insurance, please contact the Wellness Center at healthinsurance@agnesscott.edu.

Graduate orientation builds community among the incoming class of students, and enables you to meet other forward thinkers who instruct, administer, and learn in our graduate programs at Agnes Scott.

All incoming students are required to attend this orientation based on the semester of admission, as follows:

  • Summer 2024: May 28, 2024
  • Fall 2024: August 27, 2024
