Interested in support from somebody like you? TimelyCare’s Peer Community offers an anonymous, judgment-free space where you can connect with other students who are facing the same kinds of situations you are. Inside the community, you can:
- Read what other students are sharing about stress, relationships, identity, academics, and more
- React, comment, or ask questions — all anonymously
- Support others going through something similar
- See real stories and real experiences from people who actually get it
No names. No pressure. No “perfect” answers. Just students helping students — honestly, openly, and anonymously.
TimelyCare offers free Digital Self-Care tools that are quick resources for whatever your brain is dealing with today. Some topics you can dive into:
- Self-Care for Sleep
- Self-Care for Stress and Anxiety
- Time Management
- Self-Care for Healthy Relationships
- Yoga + Meditation
Interested in improving your sleep, energy, diet, and more? Try free 1:1 health coaching through TimelyCare to work with a personal coach who helps you make small, realistic changes that fit your schedule. A coach can help you:
- Build healthier habits without the guilt trip
- Create routines that don’t fall apart after two days

- Stay motivated when things get chaotic
- Make changes that actually last longer than mid-semester hype
