Guests are encouraged to bring umbrellas to protect themselves from the elements, where necessary.

  • Each graduating student will receive four guest tickets for seating under the tent.
  • Seating for guests without tickets will be available outside of the tent on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Guests will be given a wristband for seating under the tent in exchange for their tickets upon arrival. Where needed, guests will be given additional wristbands for seating outside the tent.  Wristbands are color coordinated for seating locations. The wristband MUST be worn at all times while on campus.
  • Graduates and/or guests can also pick up wristbands on Friday, May 13th from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. at the Information Desk located in the Alston Campus Center.
