Faculty-Led Study Abroad
There are several faculty-led, short-term programs abroad, including Global Awareness, ASC in Germany and ASC in Spain. In all of these programs, there is a semester-long, on-campus course followed by the international experience. Students discover another culture in both an academic and first-hand context, building an appreciation for the world’s diversity and a better understanding of our own cultural values. In order to be accepted to one of these programs, students must meet all basic requirements: be full-time, degree-seeking students in good standing at Agnes Scott and have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0 at the end of the semester before submitting the application.
