Religious Organizations

KateAgnes Scott offers the following student religious organizations. Each organization has a constitution, a faculty or staff adviser and may also have an outside sponsor. 


Interfaith Council
The Interfaith Council is a group of committed students dedicated to building relationships across a diversity of perspectives through facilitating respectful and open dialogue.  All existing groups are members of the Council which also includes interested individual members, for more information, contact The Rev. Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA)
To present coaches and athletes, and all whom they influence, the challenge and adventure of receiving Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord, serving Him in their relationships in the fellowship of the church. 


Followers of Earth, Nature, and Noble Actions (FENNA)
Followers of Earth, Nature and Noble Action, or FENNA, is the pagan student organization on campus.  We host space for community, education, and awareness.  


Hillel
Hillel serves to provide a welcoming Jewish community for the purposes of uniting Jewish and non-Jewish students and sharing Jewish experiences and culture with the Agnes Scott College Community. 

InterVarsity
InterVarsity is a group of diverse students who are interested in discovering how and if the Bible is applicable to our lives today.  We welcome everyone of any faith background, no faith background, or even anti-faith background to come and learn about who Jesus was and what role he plays in our lives today. 


Muslim Students' Association
The Muslim Students' Association is an inclusive religious organization determined to establish a sense of community between  the Muslim students on campus and at the metro Atlanta MSAs at other institutions while educating our fellow students about the religion.  The MSA holds a variety of events during the year, while also serving as a safe space for Muslim students on campus. 


Pinky Promise
Pinky Promise is a national Christian movement.  The Agnes Scott Chapter started in 2012.  the purpose of this organization is to create a space for students to gather to encourage, pray, and build each other up in their Christian walk.  The mission today is, "Pinky Promise is a group that supports and encourages spiritual growth, understanding, and faith in Jesus Christ."


The Soon Movement (formerly KC3)
The Soon Movement is a Christian faith-based student led organization that helps students understand the importance fo building a relationship with God throughout their college careers.  We provide spiritual mentors and bible studies. 


UKirk
UKirk Agnes Scott is a welcoming Presbyterian(PCUSA), progressive campus ministry that strives to foster supportive, faithful communities of students who together seek to engage faith in their everyday lives.
