Agnes Scott College has received a groundbreaking investment from alumna and trustee emerita Mary Lou Cornwall Hawkes ʼ65 and her husband, James B. Hawkes.
Beginning in Fall 2026, Agnes Scott College will introduce a three-part AI curriculum in the first-year experience that ensures every student will begin building foundational literacy in, the responsible use of generative artificial intelligence.
Dr. Hodari-Sadiki Hubbard-James, an assistant professor of astronomy and co-director of the Bradley Observatory at Agnes Scott College has been selected as a 2026 Frontiers of Science Fellow by the National Academy of Sciences (NAS).
