History/Heritage Month Celebrations

At Agnes Scott College, we also celebrate our rich campus diversity through a series of heritage/history month festivities from September to May. Each set of heritage/history month events are planned by different committees three to five months in advance.

Activities range from informative to fun, including:

• Art exhibits and literature events
•  Guest speakers and panel discussions
• Live entertainment and theater performances
• film screenings and hot-topic workshops

• September 15 - October 15: Latinx Heritage Month
• October: Pride Month
• February: Black Heritage Month
• March: Women's History Month
• April: Asian and Pacific Islander Heritage Month
