Leah Trotman

leah-trotman-photo_small.jpgLeah Trotman (she/her/hers) is a senior studying International Relations with a minor in Public Health from St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands. She is very excited to return for her third and final year as a tutor.  While she can tutor assignments from any discipline, Leah is most looking forward to tutoring assignments in International Relations, Public Health and Biology.  She also loves to tutor internship and scholarship application essays. Outside of the CWS, Leah serves as Class President for the Class of 2021 on Student Government Association and sings with the Agnes Scott Collegiate Chorale. In the past, you may have also seen her serve as a Summit Peer Advisor. She loves working with incoming students! Outside of Agnes, you can find Leah spending time with family and friends, eating at one of the many Decatur restaurants, volunteering at the Clarkston Community Health Center (CCHC) and engaging in the politics of our time whether through protest or friendly discussion. She hopes to pursue a career in global health focusing specifically on minority health within Black and Hispanic communities in the Caribbean and Latin America. So, if you ever want to talk to her about any of these topics or regions or practice Spanish, she’s your gal. While it may be bittersweet, Leah hopes to meet and help as many Scotties before her final year ends.
