Supporting Students

For many of our current and future students, the prospect of pursuing and completing an Agnes Scott education is dimming due to increasing financial constraints. With more than 40 percent of Agnes Scott students being eligible for Pell Grants, we are committed to making our transformational education experience accessible to highly talented students who need financial assistance to attain it. Through gifts to the Student Scholarships Fund and the Student Emergency Fund, you're helping keep an Agnes Scott education accessible and affordable. You can also make an unrestricted gift to support students.

Student Scholarship Fund

In these extraordinary and uncertain times, our mission to educate the next generation of Scotties to engage in intellectual and social challenges has never been more important. Supporting the Student Scholarships Fund is an investment in Agnes Scott’s transformative liberal arts experience and the future our students will help to shape. Your support plays a critical role in ensuring that talented students who dare to make a difference will always have a place at Agnes Scott. Through the Student Scholarships Fund, your gift will go directly toward keeping an Agnes Scott education accessible and affordable. Gifts made to the Student Scholarships Fund are part of The Fund for Agnes Scott.

Student Emergency Fund

The Student Emergency Fund is a special initiative that helps ensure that an emergency or unexpected expense doesn’t derail a student’s progress toward their degree by providing financial assistance to address their urgent need. Emergency support will also provide seniors with funding to cover unpaid expenses and to satisfy overdue fees to ensure they will be able to graduate on time. Given the unexpected challenges associated with responding to COVID-19, we know that being able to adequately address the urgent needs of our students is critical during this time.
