The Catalyst Leaders Program is a three-year, cohort-based leadership development program that helps you further develop your purpose, live honorably and create change.

Year One: Developing Purpose

Starting in your sophomore year, you'll participate in a weekend-long retreat focused on learning to develop your own authentic path, connect to groups and causes that you care about and commit to a plan to be a catalyst for yourself and the groups to which you belong. During the program, you'll explore:

  • Exploration of values
  • Identifying passions and areas of interest within global contexts
  • Connect your major and/or specialization to your purpose

Year Two: Living Honorably

In your junior year, you'll continue to expound on the skills developed by continuing to attend regular leadership development workshops and creating and managing a service project of your choosing.

  • Ethical leadership
  • Personal accountability
  • Global citizenship

Year Three: Affecting Change

At the closing of year three, you'll prepare for leaving Agnes Scott and continuing your leadership journey post-graduation. Graduates will receive a graduation cord to symbolize the completion of the leadership program. Year three's topics include:

  • Leading and executing change
  • Advocacy in Actions
  • Seeking professional and personal connection with aligned values
  • Senior celebration and presentation to Catalyst leaders and the Agnes Scott community
