Inclusive health equity means the healthiest lives for all people through efforts that listen to all voices in solution-finding. This includes identifying disparities that exist—in access to care and in outcomes of treatment; recognizing and removing barriers to healthy outcomes—including discrimination, poverty, and environments; and expanding our understanding of health to include physical, mental, social and financial health.
