Onorato Joins Agnes Scott as Associate Dean of Students

Suzanne Onorato has joined Agnes Scott College as the associate dean of students.
With 15 years of experience as a student life professional, Onorato comes to the college from Florida International University, where she served as director of the Women’s Center and previously as coordinator for residence life.
She also has served as a student life professional at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas; Eastern Washington University; and the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
Onorato is a member of the Student Affairs Administrators in Higher Education (NASPA) and co-chair of NASPA’s Women in Student Affairs research committee. She’s also a campus coach for Strong Women, Strong Girls.
She received her doctorate in higher education administration from Florida International University and her master’s of higher education administration and bachelor’s in art education from University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
