Careers in Advocacy and Public Engagement

You will have a wide array of career options when you earn your Graduate Certificate from Agnes Scott College. You will gain deep insight into digital communication, persuasive writing and social justice.

The job growth for community advocacy is projected to be 13% from 2021 to 2031, faster than the average for all occupations. This growth is due to an increased demand for advocacy services as the population grows and becomes more diverse, the rise of social media, as well as an aging population who need help navigating the healthcare system, Social Security, and other government programs.
