Waitlist Schedule

Fall 2019 Waitlist Schedule

Waitlist processing for Fall 2019 classes will run each morning on the days listed below. Students who earn a spot on the waitlist (1) will receive an email from the registrar’s office that morning, and (2) will have 24 hours to register for the waitlisted course (or until the date listed in the email as per the schedule listed below). If you have not claimed/enrolled the spot offered to you by the date listed in the email, then you will be dropped from the waitlist and the next student on the waitlist will receive the chance to claim the open space in the course.

In order to claim a waitlisted course, you should log onto AscAgnes and look under the Registration tab. Select the Register, Drop, Add option and then Manage My Waitlist. The waitlisted courses will have a drop-down box under the Action heading. Select Register to add the course(s) you have permission to enroll. These instructions will be repeated in the email you receive from the registrar’s office.

During the summer, waitlist processing runs once every 2 weeks, see the schedule posted below. PLEASE CHECK YOUR ASC EMAIL DAILY WHILE YOU REMAIN ON A WAITLIST (ONCE WEEKLY DURING THE SUMMER). Please note that students with any outstanding holds (see AscAgnes Student Holds) will not have the ability to add a course from the waitlist to their schedule.
