Shakirah Dodson '16

Psychology

Shakirah Dodson graduated from Agnes Scott College in May 2016 and majored in Psychology with a minor in Business Management. She is originally from Marietta, GA and currently lives in Cincinnati, OH. After graduating from Agnes, she accepted a position with Georgia-Pacific as a Human Resources Associate in Richmond, IN. She is now a Human Resources Generalist, still with Georgia-Pacific, in Cincinnati. The best thing about Agnes was being able to take an Industrial and Organizational Psychology course with Professor Hughes. This course solidified her passion in Human Resources, specifically in training/developing others. Her favorite experience during her time at Agnes was winning the GSAC Volleyball Championship and advancing to the NCAA Division III Volleyball tournament her sophomore year. This was the first volleyball championship in the history of the program! Her picture is of her at work.
