Staff Holiday Calendar & Summer Schedule

We are well into 2023 and looking forward to a wonderful summer.  Summer is an opportune time to reflect on our accomplishments and consider adjustments for the year ahead.   Thank you for your collective commitment to doing and being the best for our students and the entire community every day.   

Below is the Staff Holiday and Summer Schedule.  Our holiday schedule provides a generous 21 days off throughout the year. 

• The summer four-day work week will begin on Monday, May 22 – July 28, 2023.  Please note some offices must remain open all five days due to the nature of the work performed. Furthermore, some employees will be asked to arrange their schedule to work the hours required by their departments to facilitate normal college business and special events.  
• As a reminder, during the summer four-day workweek, employees who regularly work 35 hours per week will work 8 ¾ hours per day; employees who regularly work 40 hours per week will work 10 hours per day. Standard college hours will be 8 a.m. to 5:15 p.m., with half an hour allocated for lunch.
• Flexible work hours (schedule change) will be suspended during this summer schedule and the month of August. The campus will return to regular office hours on Monday, July 31.  Please direct questions and concerns to pandc@agnescott.edu
