Agnes Scott College Beyond the Benefits

Employee Wellness Month 2021

Week One: Emotional Wellness

Week one's emphasis is on emotional wellness and taking care of one's self. Emotional wellness includes topics like mindfulness, finding ways to rejuvenate ourselves when we feel burnt out and ensuring that we create a space to disconnect and unwind from work every day.

How do you take care of yourself? How do we support each other? Support colleagues by sharing tips on the Agnes Employees Water Cooler Google Chat.

We want to remind you that employees, along with their families, have access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Espyr, available 24/7/365 to provide confidential resources and referrals to support your everyday needs. Please contact Espyr at 800.869.0276 or visit their  website; the password to log in is "agnesscott."
