Network Access

We work hard to keep you personal information, files, and devices secure as well as to maintain the integrity of the College's network.

Users must register their computers, TVs, tablets, phones, and game consoles prior to their use on the network. Included in this registration process is a valid login and scan for compliance to required security policies.

Please Note: Members of the campus community should not use the Guestnet network as access to certain websites is blocked.

Roku/Chromecast/Amazon Firesticks

Roku/Chromecast/Amazon Firesticks are consumer devices that operate best on home wifi networks that have less privacy and security than our enterprise network environment. These privacy and security settings are required but prevent certain consumer devices from functioning.

Therefore, Roku/Chromecast/Amazon Firesticks are not supported on the Agnes Scott wifi. In some cases you may have success using Roku/Chromecast/Amazon Firesticks but ITS cannot guarantee it and cannot troubleshoot issues related to the use of Roku/Chromecast/Amazon Firesticks technology on our network.
