Communications Review and Approval Policy

All Agnes Scott employees are subject to specific guidelines when preparing any internal or external communications in the performance of their job duties. These communications include: print, direct mail, media and electronic communications.

Generally, all communication materials prepared by Agnes Scott College must:

Be grammatically correct, well-written and carefully proofread;

Be factually accurate;

Adhere to the graphic-identity program;

Be consistent with the Style Guide;

Be written with messages and tone appropriate to the audience and consistent with the College's positioning;

Adhere to any special policies.
