Graduate & Post-Bacc Student Life
At Agnes Scott, our graduate and post-bacc students enter into a strong, diverse community that offers students the support they need to succeed in their studies.
Whether in-person or online, you’ll connect face-to-face with your peers in class and within our inclusive, vibrant community.
Between specific events and organizations just for you, and the array of Agnes Scott-wide offerings, we hope you’ll feel welcome — and inspired — here.
Events and Workshops
The Office of Graduate and Extended Programs organizes events designed to bring our community together — from annual traditions to workshops dedicated to important issues facing post-bacc and graduate students.
Grad-itude Luncheon
Join us for one of our favorite annual events. Our Grad-itude Luncheon occurs the week before Thanksgiving each year. The graduate and post-bacc student communities come together to share a delicious meal, unwind from the semester and kick off the holiday season.
Professional and Personal Development Workshops
Workshops are held throughout the year to help you achieve your goals. Topics for past workshops include Salary Negotiation, Building Your Capacity as an Adaptive Leader, and Coping with the Impostor Syndrome.
Graduate & Post-Bacc Student Lounges
Graduate and post-bacc students have access to all of Agnes Scott’s common spaces, and have access to two dedicated lounge spaces just for them. Centrally located in both the McCain Library and Bullock Science Center, our lounges are the perfect places to study or meet with your classmates.
