Admitted Graduate Students

Have you been admitted to one of our graduate programs? If so, please follow the steps below for an easy transition to your graduate studies.

Let us know you are planning to join our community of forward thinkers by submitting your $350 enrollment deposit at agnesscott.edu/graddeposit

This non-refundable deposit will be applied fully to your first tuition bill.

As a new student, you will receive an email from the graduate admission office with your Agnes Scott student email login information after you are enrolled.

Once you have received your username, email address, and initial password, log on at scottiemail.agnesscott.edu. Email us at gradadmission@agnesscott.edu if you have any difficulty accessing your account.

Help us anticipate your registration plans and financial aid needs by completing this Enrollment Survey.

All enrolled graduate students are required to complete this by the following deadlines:

  • Spring Admission: November 20
  • Fall Admission: August 1

If you would like to be considered for federal educational loans, complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) online using Agnes Scott’s school code 001542. See our financial aid page for more information about graduate funding.

All Agnes Scott students are required to comply with the mandatory immunization guidelines outlined by our Wellness Center. Before the start of the semester, you will need to fulfill this requirement by uploading your immunization documents to your student patient portal by the deadlines below:

  • Spring Admission - December 15
  • Fall Admission - August 15

Login to the portal with your Agnes Scott username and password. In the portal, you will see a variety of health document upload options, but graduate students should only upload their immunization documents.

Please contact the Wellness Center at wellnesscenter@agnesscott.edu or 404.471.7100 with any immunization questions.

If you haven’t already submitted your official transcripts from all post-secondary institutions attended, or an official, final transcript showing proof of an earned degree from your undergraduate, degree-bearing institution (unless it is Agnes Scott College), send us official transcripts. Review your application’s status page for any outstanding transcripts required. Final materials should be sent to:

  • Electronic Submissions, recommended:
  • Mail or Express Carrier:
    • Office of Graduate and Extended Programs
      Agnes Scott College
      141 E. College Avenue
      Decatur, GA 30030

Review the class schedule on ASCAgnes from the "AscAgnes for Students" button.
