How has the college experience impacted the first cohort of Agnes Scott students who participated in a fully Summitized Agnes Scott College curriculum? Since August 2015, the Global Pathways Study (GPS) has collected baseline and follow-up data on intercultural competence, identity, demographics, personality, and college experience for four cohorts of Agnes Scott and other college students. This presentation will examine findings from the GPS in anticipation of the final wave of in-college data collection and commencement of the inaugural class of SUMMIT students. It will explore findings and trends related to academic, social, emotional, cultural, and occupational variables and outcomes for these students. In addition, Professor Peifer will present the plan and foci for long-term follow-up with graduates and examine the potential long-term impacts of the college and SUMMIT experiences for a diverse sample of students.
