William A. Calder Fall Equinox Concert
Allison Adams (ASC ’89), with Ashley Filip & Billy Gewin Light Years

Dedicated in 1949, Bradley Observatory has long been a destination for adults and kids interested in learning more about the heavens. Listed as one of the 50 Best Things to Do in Atlanta in 2013, an Open House visit to Bradley Observatory is free and open to the public. Join us each month of the academic year for a lecture, a planetarium show and (weather permitting) observations with the Observatory's Beck Telescope. Open House events in September and March each year feature regional and national musical talent for the Fall and Spring William A. Calder Equinox Concert Series.

Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Open House events are at 8 PM, doors open at 7:30.

Musical ArtistAshley Filip, Billy Gewin, and Allison Adams have each been singer-songwriting fixtures on the Atlanta area scene for more than a decade and have been making music together for seven years. Ashley, Allison, and Billy take turns backing one another up on their original tunes on guitar, mandolin, bass, and ukulele, but their trademark is their striking vocal harmonies and literate and lyrical songwriting.
