Material Witness, an art exhibition of women artists responding to the intellectual and social challenges of our times, will be at Agnes Scott College’s Dana Gallery from Sept. 26 through Nov. 16.
An opening reception, including the onsite construction of a sculpture by Melissa Precise, will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Sept. 26. A panel discussion with the artists will be Oct. 20 at 3 p.m. in the Katherine Woltz Reception Room in Rebekah Scott Hall. And evening theater and dance performances will be held Nov. 7 at 6 p.m., featuring “What’s Under There” by Zoetic Dance Ensemble and “Bam, Karma, “ an original play written and directed by Lynn Hesse-Tharp.
