Teaching and Scholarly Interests

Professor Palma’s teaching interests include transmedia storytelling; feminism, myth, and new media; podcasting; film and television studies; and fairy tales, cyborgs, and post-humanism. Her current research focuses on fairy tale logic and crises of entitlement in online misogyny. Her larger project focuses on the utility of theories of myth to feminist movement.

Professional Activities
