Visit Agnes Scott

We want you to join us on campus for a visit! Seeing yourself reflected back in the student body of any institution is important to understanding your fit there. Come experience the power of Agnes Scott's signature curriculum, SUMMIT, interact with current students, and get a feel for what your four years could be like.

Due to our volume of campus visitors, campus tours are provided only to prospective students and their guests, educational organizations or counselors, and organized group visits requested using the link at the bottom of the page.

Find an on-campus visit experience that fits your needs below.

Daily Campus Visit (2.5 hrs)

A great preview to the Agnes Scott and SUMMIT experience. Join us for a brief information session, an hour long student-led walking tour of campus and a chance to get your questions answered by an admission counselor. Great for high school students of all ages and prospective transfer students.

  Special Admitted Student Experiences

Admitted Student Overnight Events (Invite Only)
All students who apply to Agnes Scott and are admitted prior to March 12 are invited to an overnight visit event. The event is designed for students to learn more about SUMMIT, connect with possible future classmates, experience the academic environment, and learn more about the opportunities available to them as a Scottie. Admitted students will overnight in the Scottie Sleep-In (optional) and are invited to bring guests for the daytime portions of the event. Check your admitted student letter for additional information.

Admitted Student Overnight Experiences
Admitted students who are unable to attend the event they are invited to in their admission packet, or who need one more look at Agnes Scott, are welcome to register for one of our late spring overnight experiences. These two overnight opportunities will take place Sunday-Monday and give students the opportunity to experience downtown Decatur (just a 5 minute walk from campus), stay with a current Agnes Scott student in their residence hall room*, take a campus tour and attend a class. The dates for these overnight experiences are March 31-April 1 and April 14-15.

*Please note that our hosts are only able to accommodate one student at a time. If you wish to visit with a friend, they must register separately and will likely stay with their own host.

Scottie Saturdays (2 hrs)

Can't make a campus visit during the week? Join us for our slightly larger Scottie Saturdays on select weekends during the academic year. Learn about SUMMIT, Agnes Scott's signature curriculum, hear from current students, and end the day with a chance to cheer on the Scotties or enjoy lunch in Decatur Square! This visit involves a 30-minute information session, followed by an hour long student-led walking tour and Q&A. To attend an athletics event, please check the Agnes Scott Athletics Calendar for their event schedule.

Great Scott (November 2019)
