Fall Leadership Retreat

Each August, student leaders kick off the school year with an overnight retreat. They learn how to more effectively manage their organizations, reach their goals and visions and continue developing as leaders.

Fall Leadership Retreat 2011
The fall 2011 retreat was held at Emory Conference Center Hotel, Atlanta GA on August 12 and 13. Student leaders gathered to build relationships, share challenges and solutions, learn more about each other's organizations, and get motivated for the new year!

The theme for the 2011 retreat was "From Aspiration to Reality: Creating Our Leadership Mosaic" and empowered students to take initiative to improve self-leadership as well as organizational leadership.  New features of the retreat this year included a Women in Leadership Panel, sessions led by Agnes Scott staff and University of Georgia graduate students, and closing speaker State Representative Stacey Abrams.
