Internships

Career Planning can help you arrange paid or unpaid internships based on your curricular interests or career aspirations. Through hands-on work experiences, you’ll gain personal development, professional experience, provide service to the community or acquire purely practical information.

You can research not-for-credit opportunities by visiting the Office of Career Planning. For-credit opportunities are handled through our 450 internship courses. To get started, we encourage you to review some of the helpful information below.

450 Credit Internships
450 credit internships provide Agnes Scott students with the opportunity to receive academic credit for paid or unpaid internships.

Elizabeth R. Griffin Research Internship
The Elizabeth R. Griffin Research Foundation, Inc., in tribute to Beth's life and work as a researcher, awards a continuing yearly internship to an Agnes Scott student. The internship is available to a student with a major or concentration in a field of science. The selected student works with Dr. Julia Hilliard, Ph.D. at the Viral Immunology Lab at Georgia State.
