Norman Daniels, Ethics Lecture Series

Norman DanielsNorman Daniels, Mary B. Saltonstall Professor of Population Ethics and Professor of Ethics and Population Health at Harvard School for Public Health, will speak on the right to health and healthcare as part of Agnes Scott College’s Ethics Lecture Series on Tuesday, Nov. 13, at 7 p.m. in the Letitia Pate Evans Dining Hall, Rooms A, B and C (Lower Evans).

Daniels’s work focuses on various aspects of justice and health policy including foundations for a right to health or healthcare and the equity of global health sector reforms. His recent books include Just Health (Cambridge, 2008) and a second edition of Setting Limits Fairly (with James Sabin) (Oxford, 2008).
