Woodruff Facilities Costs & Guidelines

Member Type	Cost
Students with family and two guests	Free. Show student ID and sign-in and out
Faculty & staff, current and retired with family and two guests	Free. Show ID and sign-in and out.
Trustees with family and two guests	Free Pick up pass at Woodruff Building third floor; Also bring driver's license each visit
Alumnae	$60 per year; Purchase with Alumnae Membership Form; Also bring driver's license each visit
Columbia Seminary students, faculty & staff	Free
Conference guests	Free, if contracted in advance
Community Swim Program For residents of Decatur and Atlanta who aren’t affiliated with Agnes Scott	$175/family, $125/couple, $75/adult per semester; Access to pool only; Purchase with Community Swim Form.
Scottie Pass For residents of Decatur and Atlanta who aren’t affiliated with Agnes Scott	$100 per semester; Access to pool and workout facilities; Purchase with Scottie Pass Form.

General Rules

The primary user must accompany guests.
Family members without the primary user must present their family pass and a driver's license.
If you do not have proper ID and/or pass, you will be refused admittance.
You must be 16 years of age or older to use aerobic and/or strength equipment.
An adult must accompany children under 16 years of age when using the pool and gym areas.
Proper dress is mandatory in order to use the facilities. Proper dress means gym shoes, shorts, shirt, sweats and warm-ups. Swim wear only for the pool.
Lockers can only be used on a day-to-day basis. If you put a lock on a locker, please remove it when you leave. Otherwise, the lock will be cut off.
No bare feet permitted anywhere other than the pool area.
30 minutes maximum use of cardio equipment.
The building is not open when the college is closed. This includes all holidays and vacation periods during the course of the academic year.
The college reserves the right to revoke the privilege of using the facilities.
Woodruff Building hours or access to specific areas are subject to change without notice.
