Head Coach Trish Roberts begins her first season at Agnes Scott in 2011-12 and comes to Agnes Scott with decades of experience. Coach Roberts is originally from Monroe, Ga where she attended Monroe Area High School. She began her college playing career at North Georgia College before transferring to Emporia State in Kansas and finally to the University of Tennessee.
During her single season at Tennessee, Roberts set single season records for points in a season with 987 (averaging 29.9 per game) and rebounds in a season with 467 (averaging 14.2 per game). These records still stand today. Roberts was the first Lady Vol to be named a Kodak All-American.
While at Tennessee, Roberts was selected to be a member of the U.S. Olympic Women's Basketball Team. The team went on to win a silver medal in the 1976 Olympics. Roberts, who was inducted into the Women's Basetkball Hall of Fame in 2000, has held coaching positions at various institutions throughout the years, most notably at the University of Maine where the team won the NAC Tournament two times in four years. In 2010 Roberts earned an MA in Sport Administration from Central Michigan University.

Jamenda Whitehead enters her third year on the Agnes Scott coaching staff. Whitehead serves as the first-assistant and recruiting coordinator for the Scotties.
A graduate of Agnes Scott, Whitehead holds a thorough knowledge of life as a Scottie. As a player, Whitehead was a four-year letter winner and team captain.
Whitehead also enters her third year as the strength and conditioning coach.
