collage: a colloquium for undergraduate students in studio art and art history
The 7th annual Collage art colloquium will take place on Friday, March 22 at Agnes Scott College. Collage is a student initiated and organized colloquium that invites undergraduate student from ARCHE Program (Atlanta Regional Council for Higher Education) college and universities to submit topics for art and art history presentations as well as works of art for a juried exhibition. This year there will be over forty participants from multiple institutions, including Agnes Scott College, Emory University, Georgia State University, Kennesaw State University, Spelman College, University of Georgia, and University of West Georgia.
The event on March 22 begins in the afternoon with seven public presentations on a range of topics in art and art history, which will take place in the Dana Fine Arts Building. There will be a keynote address by Debbie Grossman at 5:30 pm in Katherine Woltz Reception Room, Rebekah Scott HAll. The juried exhibition, which features over sixty works, will open in the Dalton Gallery, Dana Fine Arts Building, at 7:00 pm. Selected artists will deliver gallery talks on their works at 7:30, and Ms. Grossman will choose one presentation and three art work to receive awards.

The Collage exhibition will continue until April 6. Gallery hours are Mondays through Fridays 10 am- 4:30 pm and Saturdays from noon-4 pm.
