Admission Deadlines for Fall 2024 Admission

Early Decision (Binding)

If Agnes Scott College is your top choice or your dream school, you may wish to apply via Early Decision. You must submit an application by the stated deadline. You will be considered for all merit-based scholarships, and you will receive your admission decision within a month. Important: Applying Early Decision commits you to enroll at Agnes Scott if you are admitted. You may only apply to one college under Early Decision. For 2024, due to the delayed FAFSA form, we will be unable to give Early Decision students need-based financial aid information prior to your enrollment date. If need-based financial aid is an important part of your financial aid plan, you may wish to consider a different deadline.

Early Action I

If you are ready to apply to Agnes Scott College, but you want to consider other colleges, Early Action I or II are your best options. Students applying Early Action I are eligible for merit scholarships.

Early Action II

Students applying Early Action II are eligible for merit scholarships.

Regular Decision

Merit-based scholarships are not guaranteed for this deadline, though students will still be considered for all merit scholarships.

For Fall 2024 ApplicantsDue to the congressional FAFSA Simplification Act, the FAFSA for Fall 2024 applicants has been delayed in opening. The current open date given by the Department of Education is December 2023 (no exact date listed). We will update applicants as soon as we have confirmation on an open date. At this time, we are encouraging students to submit their FAFSA by February 1, with initial financial aid packages slated to be sent out by early March, dependent on FAFSA timing. We do not require or accept the CSS Profile at this time.
