Scottie Spirit Award
In 2011, we added a new award to Alumnae Weekend – The Scottie Spirit Award. The idea behind the award was to encourage classes to be more spirited for the Alumnae Convocation on Saturday by wearing their class colors or mascot accessories. This year we had four classes that really got into the “spirit” of things – 1961, 1966, 1971 and 2006.
The 50th reunion group – the Class of 1961, wearing red hair bows in honor of their mascot Eloise, took the prize.
