Please submit the following items.

1. Common Application which includes:
   • Agnes Scott Supplement
   • Teacher Evaluation Form
   • Secondary School Report
   • Official high school transcript
   • Midyear Report (when available)
2. Either your official SAT or ACT scores; a writing sample with teacher comments and grade; or an evaluative interview with an Agnes Scott admission counselor

If You Are Home-Schooled:

1. Common Application which includes:
   • Agnes Scott Supplement
   • Home-School Supplement to the Secondary School Report
   • Secondary School Report
   • Official Home-School Transcript
   • Midyear Report (when available)
2. Official SAT or ACT scores  
3. Two miscellaneous references
