Required items for the Agnes Scott application
- Request official copy of high-school transcript be sent directly to Agnes Scott
- SAT I scores (Code 5002) or ACT scores (Code 0780)
- International applicants whose first language is not English, may submit TOEFL scores instead of SAT or ACT
- Nonrefundable $35 application fee (for offline application only)

- Personal statement
- Instructor evaluation 1
- Instructor evaluation 2 (optional)
- School report (to be completed by secondary counselor)
- Mid-year report (to be completed by secondary counselor)
