Common App
If you have not taken college courses, you will be directed to the First-Year Application. If you indicate you have previously attended or currently attend college, you will be directed to the application for transfer students.
The submission of SAT and ACT scores is optional for first-year applicants, transfer students and international students. However, a completed application must include one of the following:
• SAT/ACT scores
• An evaluative interview with an Agnes Scott admission counselor
• An analytical or critical graded writing sample, including a description of the assignment, teacher comments and the grade
Home-school students must submit test scores. Woodruff Scholars (return-to-college students) must have an evaluative interview with an admission counselor.
You will have the opportunity to tell us which option you have selected on the supplement to the Common Application, and we will use your choice as an indication of academic readiness for college. If you select the evaluative interview, you may click here to request an interview.
Prefer a Print Application?
The application fee to submit a print application is $35. If you prefer to print and mail your application, you must submit each of the forms listed for your application to be complete.
Mail them with a $35 application fee to: Agnes Scott College, Office of Admission, 141 E. College Ave., Decatur, GA 30030-3770.
Joint Enrollment for High School Students
Female and male high school seniors can take classes for credit. Print & mail the joint enrollment application (PDF 54 KB).
