Federal loans for M.A.T. and post-bacc students
Use the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). The deadline is at least two months prior to your first semester. Post-bacc students are classified as fifth-year undergraduates for financial aid purposes.

Grad PLUS for M.A.T. students
The Grad PLUS loan is a credit-based federal loan. It can potentially cover the full cost of your attendance and your eligibility is not based on income or financial need. Contact the Office of Financial Aid for more information.
Private loans for M.A.T. and post-bacc students

Eligibility
- Students are eligible to receive Title IV federal financial aid for no more than six full-time equivalent semesters of study.
- Eligibility will be prorated for part-time students.
- Students must be enrolled at least half-time (six hours) for each term in which they desire financial aid.

- Grant or work-study aid
- Federal loans for international students. Private educational loans may be available to international students who have an eligible co-signer who is a resident of the United States.
- Financial aid after five, full-time equivalent semesters of study
