The templates and handouts below are designed to assist Agnes Scott faculty and staff in writing assessment reports and plans.
While it is not required to adhere rigidly to the templates, the Committee on Assessing Institutional Effectiveness does recommend using the templates in order to ensure the necessary information is covered.
