Evaluation
Disability status is determined on an individual basis. Please complete the following steps to be considered for disability services.
Step 1: Self-identify your disability needs to the the student disability services coordinator, Machamma Quinichett, assistant director of the office of academic advising, Buttrick Hall, room 104B, 404 471-6150.

Step 3: Meet with the student disability services coordinator, Machamma Quinichett, assistant director of the office of academic advising, 404 471-6150.
Step 4: Submit required documentation such as a psychological assessment, evaluative testing results or a statement from physician. In the case of attention deficit or a learning disability, the evaluation must have been completed within the last three years or after the student's 18th birthday.
Receiving Disability Accommodations
An intake specialist will determine appropriate services to meet your needs and will complete an accommodations checklist to notify advisers and faculty. Academic advising will provide ongoing assistance to ensure successful implementation. You may refuse this service at any time.
