How to Borrow a Purple Bike
- Take your ASC ID to the McCain Library check-out desk to:
- Sign a waiver form
- Get a helmet and bike lock key
- Unlock the bike from the rack behind the library
- Take the bike lock and key with you
- Ride on or off campus
- Use your bike lock during pit stops
- Return the bike
- Lock it back to the bike rack
- Check in your helmet and key at the library desk
How to Adjust a Purple Bike
To change the seat height, open the quick release lever located on the seat post. Move the seat post up or down and close the quick release lever.
At your ideal seat height, you should have no pain the front or back of your knees. Your knee should bend just slightly when the pedal is the farthest point from your body.
