Why I Support the Agnes Advantage
As a student, I’d find myself working in groups with people whose first language wasn’t English, people with ideas totally different from mine. For a while I wondered, “Where do I fit in?” Then I realized that no one here had to fit within particular boundaries; we all just expanded. Let’s keep doing that—and keep coming up with exciting ways we can evolve as our world changes.

- Graduated from Agnes Scott with a B.A. in economics
- Studied abroad at University of Oviedo (ASC in Spain) and University of Salvador, Buenos Aires, Argentina
- Interned at the research department of the Federal Reserve Bank—which now strongly prefers ASC interns
- Wrote senior research paper on women’s over-employment, mentored by a Federal Reserve Bank colleague
